Meet Chef Simon
Chef Simon started his cooking career in England and later started travelling, exploring and learning and cooking his way through Spain and France. He eventually made his way to Canada, in 1995 where he cooked in Toronto and Whitby, opening his first restaurant in 1997.
Bistro 238 was born in 2005 and continues to grow and evolve with each year with our artisan market, tastings and monthly events
